Learn sequential Qigong movements that culminate in the transformative Radiant Lotus Long Form to build stable energy and a deeper sense of flow.
When was the last time you moved through a practice and reached a state of calm presence? And, in the process, the answers you’d been searching for that day just seemed to easefully unfold?
You were no longer chasing after what you needed. You’d found it.
With its combination of movement and relaxation, Qigong can become the medicine that increases clear thinking and bodily awareness.
The truth is, your mental, emotional, biological, and physical functions are all determined by how you hold on to experiences in your body…
Join Daisy Lee, renowned Qigong teacher and author, for a new 9-part advanced live video course and master her deeper signature Radiant Lotus Qigong practices to put yourself in a mindful space.
Each week, you’ll add new movements to your practice — and by the end of your nine weeks with Daisy, you’ll learn the full Radiant Lotus Long Form.
You’ll develop a sense of flow in your movement and your life — as you surrender to a longer process that enables your body, mind, and spirit to feel nourished. Journeying far from the perspective of “perform this movement for this ailment,” you’ll explore a truly holistic flow practice.
For the first time ever online, Daisy will share exciting new layers from the advanced Radiant Lotus Qigong practice for women.
The graceful Qigong flow helps gently release tension and bring deeper peace to body, heart, and mind — making for better sleep, rejuvenated health, and much more.
Both relaxing and enlivening, the Radiant Lotus Long Form builds on the elements from Daisy’s recent Movement as Medicine With Radiant Lotus Qigong for Women program. This 9-step journey will focus on the sequential long-form flow to help you bring greater ease, comfort, and contentment to your body.
Daisy, a respected leader and teacher in the world of Qigong, has over 25 years of international training experience. Her warm and engaging approach to this ancient art and science has made her an immensely popular faculty member in the previous seven courses and six summits she’s taught for The Shift Network.
Daisy will show you how to cultivate your Qigong practice to experience more prolonged inner peace and emotional stability — as you calm your emotions and train your mind to focus… so you move away from self-sabotage and manifest the changes you desire most in your life.
In this 9-part intensive Qigong program for women, you’ll:
- Move through new movements each week to create your full, transformative Radiant Lotus Long Form

What You’ll Discover in These 9 Modules
In this 9-part transformational intensive, Daisy will guide you through the fundamental body-mind-spirit skills you’ll need to learn sequential Qigong movements each week that culminate in the full, transformative Radiant Lotus Long Form.
This course will feature teachings, training sessions, and experiential practices with Daisy. Each session will build harmoniously upon the previous ones, so you’ll develop a complete holistic understanding of the practices, tools, and principles you’ll need to tap into Radiant Lotus Qigong to cultivate new vitality and connection.
Module 1: Creating Spaciousness in the Pelvic Palace
A woman’s womb is a place of great mystery and manifestation. From this deep space that Daisy calls “the heart below the horizon,” there is much to explore and understand.
In this opening session, Daisy will share how, protected in the center of your body, your womb has the potential to carry life, whether it be a child or the birthing of a project you dream into existence.
Daisy will share a Womb Meditation to help you get to know the energy of your Pelvic Palace. Additionally, she’ll teach a beautiful new movement that’s part of the Radiant Lotus Long Form, called Making Waves in a Quiet Pond.
In this exciting first module, you’ll:
- Learn how honoring the Pelvic Palace creates fertile ground for creative endeavors, not just for childbirth
- Discover how to set up a strong, connected base through your feet and legs so energy from the earth can travel through your body for improved Qi flow
- Build strength and stability in your legs through proper posture and alignment
- Understand how your vertical alignment is still the most foundational (and valuable) understanding in Qigong practice
- Learn when silence is not golden, and when it’s valuable to “make waves”
- Move through the Making Waves in a Quiet Pond practice
Module 2: Merging With the Infinite
Much like the yin-yang symbol in Qigong, all of life is a merging of infinite possibilities.
During this class, Daisy will share her reflections on how change is inevitable, but growth is optional.
We can choose to stubbornly stay the same within the status quo, or we can venture beyond the familiar. If we choose the latter, we can see what awaits outside our conditioning, or travel inwards to discover new depths of understanding — this is the potential you unlock when you’re able to see beyond the walls of limited perception.
In this module, you’ll:
- Activate the Lao Gong points in the palms to better connect with Qi using the Merging With the Infinite movement
- Open up the joints and sinews of the body through the twisting and turning motions of the trunk, as well as the shoulders, elbows, wrists, and fingers
- Reconnect to the earth force, to nature, and to the cosmos as you marry your energy with the macrocosm around you
- Find yin-yang balance in your lower and upper body
- Strengthen your lower dantian and empower your legs so your upper body can flow effortlessly, bringing purpose to each movement
- Discover the movement practice Merging With the Infinite
Module 3: Spring Cleaning the Home of Your Body
Every home needs a good spring cleaning to refresh the energy and welcome in harmony…
In this session, Daisy will share how, in a similar way, your body also needs consistent cleansing and clearing so that it functions well and gives you joy.
As with our homes, if we take care of small repairs to our bodies when they’re first needed, we likely won’t have to do major repairs down the road.
The self-care we invest in now will add up to long-term gain, with robust health that can extend well into our wisdom years. Regardless of your age and lifestyle, there’s no time like the present to start spring cleaning the home of your body!
In this module, you’ll:
- Learn to identify inflammation or deficiencies in the body by using the Lao Gong points in your palms to “listen” for imbalances
- Sweep and clear stagnations from your key energy centers with the “energy brush” in your hands
- Rebalance and revitalize your body through the protective Wei Qi field
- Strengthen your legs by learning to root to the earth through the triangle of your body
- Explore the Sweeping the Dantians movement
Module 4: Feng Shui for the Body — Creating Optimal Flow Between Each “Room” of the Body
Much like the ancient art of Feng Shui in a home, proper placement is also needed in the body to build healthy Qi flow.
During this class, Daisy will share how movement can be stiff or stilted when posture is incorrect, yet it may just take a minor shift in position — or perception — for the blocked area to become clearer with increased Qi flow.
You’ll learn to support your practice by identifying where the Qi is (or is not) flowing. You’ll explore how to ease around areas of tension, yet build and consolidate energy at the core. This fine balancing act is part of Qigong cultivation.
We are always learning to adapt to changing circumstances, build on our strengths, and let go of mental clutter so that our bodily home becomes a place of refuge.
In this module, you’ll:
- Build strength from the ground up, consolidating energy in the lower dantian — the power center that, for women, is located behind the womb
- Strengthen the protective Wei Qi field around your body for improved resistance to disease
- Enhance spinal and neck health as you age
- Bring energy to the spleen and liver channels — which are vital for women’s health because of the role they play in processing what comes into the body… whether it’s food, drink, supplements, medications, pathogens, or emotions
- Move through the Playing With the Wuji Ball practice
- Explore a new movement practice, Whirling the Wuji Wheel
Module 5: How to Empower the Heart & the “Heart Below the Horizon” (2 Powerful Energy Centers in Women)
As you reach the middle of the program, you may experience more noticeable changes with daily practice…
Because the middle dantian is considered one that’s most important for women, Daisy will help you focus on bringing harmonious balance to this center.
When the heart center is stable, uncomfortable emotions fall away, and clarity rises to the surface, changing how you interface with your family and community — and evolving how you see yourself.
You can then truly lead from your heart without getting attached to drama.
In this module, you’ll:
- Explore how energizing the breasts brings fresh Qi to the middle dantian and replenishes the emotional center
- Recognize when you’re overextended and learn to recharge without apologizing
- Experience how the womb is the seat of women’s creation center, and a powerful aspect of the female body, especially when given loving self-care
- Practice a movement called Rebirthing Creation Qi that redefines the birthing process as one of rebirth of the self, as women’s wombs are not only procreative centers, but astonishing, mysterious vessels of vital life force
- Activate the hormones and life force through the breasts
- Move through the Energizing the Breasts practice
Module 6: Circles & Spheres — Women’s Movements Reflect Women’s Bodies
What’s in a shape?
In this session, Daisy will explain how, in the Chinese understanding, straight, direct lines are considered yang, while circles and spheres are yin. One may appear to go to the heart of a situation faster, yet the less direct approach may be more persuasive and less daunting, helping people become more receptive as they get accustomed to a new way of thinking.
In general, the male nature is yang and action-oriented while female nature is yin, nurturing and receptive. If there’s a problem, the yin approach is to go around it like water around a rock — the yang approach, meanwhile, is to break the rock and tunnel through it.
Of course, we have within each of us both yin and yang, though our personality will reveal our propensities. When we understand the sacred geometry within our female form, we learn how to best work with circles and spheres to create easier flow and less tension.
In this module, you’ll:
- Focus on circular movements to bring warmth and softness to areas that are depleted or needing attention
- Learn how to circulate essence, stirring the Qi within the lower dantian, and also bringing vitality to the face, neck, and head with a Qi facial
- Explore how moving in circles and spheres brings gentleness to intense situations
- Discover movements that promote mobility in the hips and spine
- Increase circulation and radiance to the face, neck, and eyes
- Move through a new practice, Stimulating the 100 Channels
Module 7: How to Create Balance & Stability During Times of Change
We need both stability and inspiration in order to take flight. Without something stable to push off from, we cannot fly, and without hopes and dreams to aspire to, we are devoid of inspiration.
When there is harmonious balance inside and outside, above and below, we can move effortlessly and communicate easily. Nature provides the inspiration… it is up to us to become attuned to it.
In this module, you’ll:
- Reconnect to nature — the macrocosm of the Earth, Sky, and Human Being combines with the microcosm so that we can become more human(e)
- Restore vertical alignment with neutral compassion so you can emerge as a stable lead energy
- Balance strong emotions such as sadness or anxiety so your body and mind can return to equilibrium
- Empower and strengthen your legs
- Support lung and heart health
- Discover 2 new movements — Merging the 3 Hearts and The Phoenix Takes Flight
Module 8: How to Grow a Lotus
Throughout Asia, the lotus flower is a symbol of strength and resilience.
Growing in muddy, stagnant waters, it’s compelled to rise through the darkness and into the light to grow a giant pristine blossom on top of the water.
During this class, Daisy will share how the lotus is a reminder that you, too, can overcome the deepest challenges — and rise to meet your potential with a little patience and perseverance.
Whether your beginnings were easeful or challenging, you have the opportunity to adapt and blossom into your greatest potential…
In this module, you’ll:
- Learn to create a strong, stable inner foundation
- Explore how to use the Lotus Rises movement to manage anger, grief, anxiety, or shame that may still be hidden in your body
- Explore the power of letting go and accepting what is — using movement as medicine to create a new blueprint for growth and lasting change
- Explore the Lotus Rises Through the Muddy Water movement
Module 9: Reinventing Ourselves Through the Full Radiant Lotus Long Form
Some miracles can take nine months to unfold. Some others, nine weeks. But who says miracles can’t happen in 90 minutes?
In this final module, Daisy will explain how the power and miracle of creation applies to everything you’re inspired to bring into existence — and it’s not limited to the beauty of birthing a child.
Birth and rebirth are part of a continuum — punctuated by transformation.
We are often afraid of the unspoken and unseen. Our fantastical minds create visions of pain in childbirth or feelings of anxiety or fear over the unknown before anything happens. We can make assumptions of worst possible outcomes to safeguard against disappointment or sadness, creating unnecessary anxiety.
And yet, just as easily, we could be in awe of the untapped potential that lies within our incredible female form to manifest health, peace, joy, contentment, and self-love on a level not previously experienced before.
In this final class, you’ll practice the full Radiant Lotus Long Form, bringing new understanding and grace to the life you’ve lived and the life you are yet to experience.
This act of revisioning your life and giving birth to the person you know you can be is the first step on a journey to living a rich, radiant life, unfettered by self-limiting thoughts and beliefs.
You’re more than enough, and you’re here to experience the full spectrum of potential in your body until your last breath!
In this final module, you’ll:
- Feel the integrated flow of the movements as a continuous whole
- Relax deeper into the practice, exploring the timing of your breath with each movement
- Let go of self-judgement and being “perfect” — simply do your best and know that you now have a document to refer to any time you want to practice
- Explore the wisdom contained in the movements, which will continue to unfold each time you practice
- Appreciate how far you have come — take in the beauty, the vista from a bird’s-eye view, of this outstanding accomplishment of completing an integrated healing process through movement and breath
- Cultivate more confidence in your ability to manifest your dreams and goals
- Review your full Radiant Lotus Long Form

“Meeting Daisy was the highlight of my year…”
I have definitely experienced benefit from the course! My love for Qigong has grown exponentially since studying along with Daisy. I had not heard of her before learning about the course. Meeting her was the highlight of my year… way above what I had expected an instructor to be. She is so knowledgeable of her work, skilled in technique and presentation style, and entirely approachable and ultimately loving. She radiates care and concern. She is just a big LOVE BUG!
— Maureen Rae, Toronto, Canada

“Feeling connected to a women’s world community coming together…”
I have been practising Qigong for more than 10 years and Daisy’s approach, authenticity, and deep care about her practice added much depth and new insights to my own personal practice. It moved the care and compassion for myself up a level. Feeling connected to a women’s world community coming together in practice and knowing we take this into the world is very empowering. I highly recommend this to all women — novices and experienced practitioners. So much to gain, it will deeply nourish you for sure. Thank you, Daisy and team!
— Svenja, Kent, United Kingdom
“… I found such peace and improvement with a lot of my symptoms.”
This course came at a perfect time for me, and most of all, a perfect time as a woman. Having taken Qigong from male teachers in the past, I loved the modality, but felt something was missing, especially when I was asking about specific female health issues. Working with Daisy showed me what was missing. It is vital for women, or those who identify as living in a female body, to have teachers who are women. This tradition has been dominated by men, and so much patriarchy and misinformation has been passed down over the centuries. Daisy stands forward as having created a practice specifically for the female body and I truly feel the difference. As I’ve been struggling with fertility and hormonal issues, I found such peace and improvement with a lot of my symptoms. I can’t recommend working with Daisy enough, and am so grateful to The Shift Network for making her course so accessible. This was transformative in the winter of the pandemic to have a loving practice of vitality! Thank you!
— Nikol Eatontown, New Jersey

It’s very gentle and powerful at the same time! And, of course, Daisy’s presence itself and her teaching style (which is unhurried, but leaves nothing untouched) creates a space where one can heal and grow.
— Lana Svirydziuk, Morrisville, Vermont
“It’s the beginning of a palpable journey into self-care…”
This course has taught me a way to shift my energy into a softer and more positive space. It’s the beginning of a palpable journey into self-care — something I have struggled with greatly over the years! Daisy Lee is a beautiful, gentle human being who is clearly on the path unwaveringly and holds the space for us to learn these ancient practices in a flowing way that will grow and flower over time. I couldn’t recommend this course highly enough and will definitely attend the deepening course when it starts!
— Catherine Hutchinson, Brighton, United Kingdom
“I felt a sense of wellbeing and vitality after each practice…”

— Meghan, Bellingham, Washington
“It is rare to come upon such a wonderful, loving, compassionate teacher as Daisy Lee…”
I have studied yoga for many years and even become a yoga instructor myself. I have been learning Qigong and Tai Chi over the past few years, attending classes outdoors as well as indoors. It is rare to come upon such a wonderful, loving, compassionate teacher as Daisy Lee, who inspires calmness through grace, clarity, and authenticity. A rare thing indeed. I will take whatever courses she offers. I cannot say enough positive things about her demure yet strong style of teaching and how she operates from her heart. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and play at least two segments every other day to keep me refreshed. Thank you.
— Joyce Brian
“With daily practice, my body, mind, and spirit became calmer, more centered, and at peace.”
With daily practice, my body, mind, and spirit became calmer, more centered, and at peace. Qigong as taught by Daisy Lee is now being integrated into my daily meditation practice. I am personally so grateful to have this new touchstone to the infinite in these challenging times.
— Joanna White, Asheville, North Carolina
“The course has changed my way of being in the world and jump-started my newfound practice.”
Daisy’s delivery was impeccable in every way: from consistency in each movement to explaining and adding more complexity as we went along, to the visualizations and ideas inherent in each part of the movements. Her vulnerability, wisdom, and caring came through each session. The break-out groups and Lotus Lounge on FB was a repository of solidarity and information sharing! The course has changed my way of being in the world and jump-started my newfound practice. I can’t recommend this enough. I am so grateful.
— Karen, Austin, Texas
More Praise for Daisy Lee
“I have not used my cane to walk since the workshop…”
In my younger years I was a 6-time world champion in kickboxing and combat fighting, but about five years ago my life changed after a bad accident on a motorcycle. For years I have been in pain, dealing with issues around my back, hips, and knees — so much so that I needed to use a cane just to walk. After just three hours at Daisy’s Qigong seminar, I was amazed how the movements and energy began to relax my body and release pain that was chronically affecting me. I see now how Qi or energy can be utilized to heal and strengthen the body, organs, and mind. I have been consistent in using the techniques Daisy taught me in class, and I can continue to learn and understand how to heal myself along with those around me. I have not used my cane to walk since the workshop, and am so very grateful to Daisy.
— Clarence Thatch, 3D Martial Arts, Colorado
“I am reminded of the joy of being…”
The sessions with Daisy have been extraordinary… her explanations about the movements, their functions, and the interplay of energy, mind, emotions, and body are many. Her voice has a full, warm resonance that sounds like music and helps me feel the flow… I am reminded of the joy of being… the wonderful miracle of existence.
— Leinani Springer, opera singer, Kauai, Hawaii
“I’ve been helped with dealing with the emotions of grief…”
Daisy Lee is an awesome Qigong teacher. Since taking her classes, I’ve been helped with dealing with the emotions of grief, and my overall health has benefited from practicing Qigong… I am very grateful to have Daisy come and teach us.
— Lupita Poppler, environmentalist and artist
“I have lost 10 pounds, stopped drinking alcohol…”
By the end of [my first Qigong class], I knew I’d found the pathway I’d been looking for. I practice (play) Qigong twice daily, with exercises in the morning and at night in the dark before I go to sleep. The benefits of my practice have been immediate and very profound. I have lost 10 pounds, stopped drinking alcohol, and have stopped taking Paxil, which was my crutch for anxiety. More importantly, I now also have a way to “wake up” my body and mind when I feel stuck, sluggish, or simply tired. I know that by incorporating this practice into my daily life, I have added quality to my life and probably years to it as well. I am forever grateful for this awakening.
— E. LaSota, wedding videographer
“… I can notice a difference in myself and how profound this work is.”
I have been doing the Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong every day since I got back from China and love it. I had a lump on the side of my left chest. It was a good size. It is now gone. Also I can notice a difference in myself and how profound this work is. I have so many patients I know I can help by teaching them the tools of this type of Qigong. This is some amazing work!
— Cynthia Abbott, Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and acupuncturist, Ontario, Canada
