Why should I order Level 1-5?
Level 1-5 gives you the complete program to improve your abilities, like maximum strength, strength endurance and coordination. The programs will not only improve these abilities but will also build up muscle mass. Level 1-5 gives you a complete and progressive full body workout prgram, that builds your prerequisites for skills like Planche, Handstand Pushups, Front- and Backlever, V-Sit, One Arm Pullup, Human Flag etc. and includes direct skill training for those moves. In order to learn those skills and avoid injuries, you have to prepare your connective tissue. It has to be able to resist high stresses, so you should prepare it pretty well with slow and step-step progressions. This is exactly what the Level 1-5 program gives you. Almost 2 years of progressive and goal oriented training to build the best version of yourself while stay free of injury.
Even if you fulfill the requirements for Level 2 or 3 you should still start with Level 1-5, just because of the duration and to be able to prepare your body from the beginning. Start your self-improvement-journey NOW!

Your Instructor
Sven is recognized by the state as a physical therapist and licensed fitness trainer. He is the founder of Calisthenic Movement and has trained Calisthenics since 2012. Sven is in charge of clients in personal training and leads group courses. He has over 10 years of experience as a trainer and holds Calisthenics workshops in the whole German-speaking area.
“El Eggs” is a degreed sports teacher, with an additional focus in nutritional sciences. He has trained Calisthenics since 2012 and is the founder of a Calisthenics & Parkour association in Leipzig. El Eggs has extensive experience in a variety of sports like Taekwondo, Parkour, Biketrial, and Tricking with experience that spans over 27 years. El Eggs has trained people for more than 15 years and helps clients worldwide with Online Personal Training and Nutritional Coaching. He holds Calisthenics & Parkour workshops in the whole German-speaking area.
Frequently Asked Questions
In this program we included some exercises that can have a positive effect on your mobility, like the v-sit and it’s progressions. We didn’t include a complete mobility routine because it’s beyond the scope of this program. If you need to improve your mobility, you‘ll need more than just one routine. We recommend to add our mobility program as it focuses on mobility by itself. You can do the mobility program along with this program, for example by using the mobility flow as your warmup for the workout. But of course, you can also do it seperately, like on restdays if you only do the easier exercises or by splitting the mobility flow and do it throughout the day.
